Heater and Wipers

My wipers and blower stopped working at the same time. I checked all the fuses and i have know clue what to check next please advise desperate need of help!! Please

have you tried disconnecting the battery and re connecting this happend to me once and it worked if not u need a new wiper motor and blower motor
