My driver's side heated seat in my 2006 Tahoe seems to have a mind of its own. It constantly turns on by itself, usually more in wet weather or recently after rain. Can anyone tell me if/how I can just disable my heated seat. Is there a cable I can disconnect or something. I really never use it and dont want to spend the money to actually have it fixed.

You may be able to disconnect the seat harness under the carpet under the seat, but you will not be able to adjust the seat position.
