Heated seat and keyfob issues

My heated seats come on by themselves and when I turn them off they go right back on. After 10-15 minutes of back and forth it will stop. This only happens in the summer, of course, it does not matter is ac is on or off. Also had two key fobs . One stopped working changed battery worked for a week then died again, so I went to key fob 2 same thing. Bought another key fob it worked for about 2-3 weeks then stopped. Are these issues related? Any help please. I do not have hundreds to take it to a dealer.
