I'm wondering if its possible to put a 5spd from a k1500 in a 2 door yukon. Its got the 350, a non electronic t-case and a 4L60E tranny. Is it possible?

I have seen a few 5 spd's in the 95 - 93 years. They may even go back even further from factory. As for 96 an up I have not seen a factory 5 spd Tahoe/ Yukon.

I'll be following this thread because I'm looking into doing the same thing.

Yeah after 95 GM stopped putting 5 speeds in from the factory. Basically will a manual tranny from a 96 and similar years K1500 would mate up to the manual T-case and 350 block? What kind of 5 spds do they put in them, brand, ID etc?

I believe it is the same Tremec 5 speed manual that is in the S10, but not 100% sure.
