Just wondering how much you paid for it/where and if it was bolt over or replacement.

I was curious too if aftermarket replacement grilles are okay. I saw one that LMC was selling, decent price. Dealer wants almost 400 bucks for a new Yukon grille, much less a Denali grille.

Cool talking auction. Never seen/heard that before on eBay... So, you gonna get the 1/2" holes w/ no logo? They look pretty nice!

Yep, but an '07... The '07's stock grille has holes that measure 5/8" on the outside, and it appears they taper down to about 1/2" on the inside, so they're not really "drilled", more like "cratered"... :shhh: Anyway, if you want a Denali look, go with the 1/2" holes, and if you're looking for something different, well, pick yer poison. If you're keeping the chrome and not going for the California-murdered-out look, get the chrome Denali 1/2" holes, and move your OE logo over. You could try just the painted logo on the new grille, and leave the grayish-black mounting base on the old grille. That'd probably look really cool since you've painted out the red. Just my $.02.

ya i wonder how it'd look with the powder coated black 1/2' holes. That might look nice too.. And I think with the new grille I'll have to cut everything to where the mounting part wont be there anyway.
BTW Thanks!!:D and I'll have to see what roof rack your talking about

Roof rack

Read GMcul8r's post over here. See his pic over here.

See an Escalade roof rack on a Yukon over here (Whipple1).

I've seen a few of these installed on the GMT800's around here in the DC burbs; they look totally sick. :D

Oh ya those holes are definitley smaller.. but they have different options. You can get the holes 5/32", 1/4", or 1/2". We've decided the 1/2" would look closest to the denali style. AND you also have the option of getting it powder coated black. But I'll probably go with the 1/2" Chrome grille if I get one

Denali Grill Insert

Hi Guys,

I'm new to your forum and wanted to introduce myself.
I design, manufacture and market custom Grill Inserts for the GMC Denali, Yukon, Sierra and new Silverado.
When I bought my '04 Denali I could not wait to get rid of that GMC logo.
As a manufactures' rep specializing in Metals, Plastics, etc. I fabbed up a prototype and began testing. Three years later it is a full time business.
I changed the hole pattern to blend with the curves/shape of the body. Most customers like it, some don't. I will eventually make the OEM hole pattern.I also make two Bumper Inserts and Fog Light Grills.
We use a Patent Pending Tab system that uses the factory Denali slots. You can return your Denali to stock without anyone knowing. This tab system cost more to make, but is worth it, the Fit & Finish is superb. Made in USA!
We also make custom logos.
Please contact me with any questions. I give discounts to forum members.

Thanks, Phillip
