Yo, I gotta 98 2 door LT with about 102K miles.
I am hearing a pretty nasty rattling sound coming from under the 'hoe when I accelerate. It began as I was driving around town then went away. I later did some highway driving and noticed a bit of a shake around 75 mph so I stayed around 65 for good measure. The rattle is constant now, sometimes it goes away if I get it over 50 mph but then it usually starts shaking again.
When I put it in neutral and rev it everything sounds normal so there's no problem there. Is it the transmission dying?
