DETAILS

He sent pictures of the Escalade/Yukon roof rack (chrome). Just like the ones on here for sale. I payed him thru paypal (his girlfriend). Package came and it was a stock tahoe roof rack (black). Not the one he sent pictures of.

I have his girlfriends e-mail and her name. I only have his cell # no e-mail for him.

Anyone ever have his e-mail from talking with him before?

Sorry to hear it, figured it may be shady when he had an XL "all of the sudden" when I asked about it. Hope you get it worked out. Work with Paypal to get your $ back.

I have contacted him asking him to resolve this situation immediately to which he has not responded. If you do not get the correct rails sent to you or your money back, he WILL BE BANNED for life from this forum.

His IP range (not just his single IP) will be banned, his email will be banned as well.

I would also suggest if you don't get this resolved to save all PM conversations etc, print it out along with the thread(s) and write your story then fax it to your and his state attorney generals office and also contact your local and his local FBI office to file complaints against him. Most likely the FBI will call him believe it or not and follow up as it is their jurisdiction considering it was a transaction that crossed "state lines".

If they go after him, he will be in big dodo.

Sorry I wish there was more I can do and sorry there are a$$holes in this world willing to scam good people out of money.
