I recently got new tires on my tahoe.

I ended up going to a 265/75/16, i got the Toyo Open Country H/Ts. So far i love the tires. They ride super smooth, and are extremely quiet.

I also had my torsion bars cranked up a bit and raised the front end of the truck about 1" to help level it out. The truck now sits pretty much level. I wanted the front end to still be a little bit lower than the rear since i do often load my cargo area up with gear.

Heres a few pics:

Nothings better than getting new tires for the ride, they make a world of difference.

Too true. I'd been kind of dissapointed with the ride in my tahoe lately. After these new tires, and an alignment, I can't believe the difference in ride quality. It drives fantastic and is so much quieter than before. I'm really pleased with the tires.

Road1Will-

Are you still happy with the Toyo's? This is another tire I'm looking at for when I replace mine...which is soon.....because like you, my ride with my current tires sucks.

Thanks,

Mark
