I installed the module to my alarm (no remote start). Basically, I just needed the +, - violet, green and blue wires to lock an unlock. I also hooked the pink/white wire (door trigger) to my alarm's negative door trigger.

Problem: I set my alarm to do passive arming. It will arm when last door closes. This only happens when the driver's door is open. I close the driver's door and open another door but my alarm does not sense the door is open.

In other words, only the driver's door is being sensed. What else do I need to do?

I read the fine print of the module and it says that all 4 doors are only triggered by Type 2 and 3 vehicles. Tahoe is type 4. Is there any way around this....JK????

You have to tag all four door trigger circuits and use diodes to isolate each door, or you can tag the domelight circuit. Using the domelight circuit will start the passive arm countdown once the delayed dome circuit shuts down.
What year is your truck? 00-02 wiring is different than the 03-06 models.

Sorry, mine is an 04. I tried to get it through the dome light. I actually used the door light ("puddle light"....don't know the right term) as a door trigger. When any door is opened (interior lights, dome comes on), alarm is triggered. The problem is when the dome light fades away and I arm it, the alarm actually sets off because it is sensing a "door open".

That means I have to arm it before the dome fades. This defeats the function of passive arming and auto re-arming.
