GM recall

Ive had some issues with my anti lock brakes coming on when im driving between 3-10 mph so i checked with gm and found a recall for this exact same issue relating to a speed sensor so i called and was told that my vehicle wasn t included in the recall is there anyway i can contact anyone to have this looked into i mean this is exactly what was recalled

also if anyone has some insight to why my steering wheel does the left rights for a while after going over bumps would be appreciated

i had the same antilock problem on my 98. i unbolted the abs sensors from both front wheel hubs, cleaned the mounting surface on the hubs and the sensors , and reinstalled them. i was told that the slightest variation will cause a miss read of the sensors. this fixed it on my truck. it only took me about 20-30 mins. worth a try.
as for the steering issue, sounds like steering sensor mounted on the column, another common problem.
