Glasspack with Y-Pipe?

Has any one ever heard of a glasspack with a Y-pipe built onto it? If not, what are your suggestions on how to put a glasspack on a 1999 tahoe LT? What size glasspack is needed for a tahoe also?

factory pipe is 2 1/4", get a muffler shop to weld em on dont use those clamps they sell at auto parts stores. they suck and look ghetto.
