Getting Sirius on 08' LTZ w/Nav Already paid for the upgrade

Hey everyone,
I have an 08' with the Nav, and I just recently called XM and added the best of Sirius to my account. My only problem is when I go into the audio mode on the Nav, and just turn the tune button to go to different channels, I can't get to the channels that are on XMRADIO.com. It just skips over the numbers. How to I get all of the channels available?

what channels are you getting 1 and 247? if so have xm send a refresh signal to your radio.

I am getting the majority. But when I get close to those channels, it just skips over them like they just aren't programmed into the stereo/nav.


Any suggestions? Do you think calling XM and having them send the signal again will free up those channels?
