Hi all, I have a problem with my 07 tahoe. Ive had this clunk/crack noise that sounds like its coming from the steering wheel column or shaft every time i steer the wheel. This always happens when i either back up from my drive way or go straight. Its a clunk or crack noise and its been present for about 4 months now. Any idea what it could be? Is there maybe a TSB for this? Please help.

Yup it was the same issue. I took it to the dealer and they said it was the cross member too. They fixed it and no noise now.
