gauges staying still....

so after i turn off my tahoe, some of the gauges stay in the same spot. Whats up with that? sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesnt. how do i fix it? or can i fix it?

do they sweep when you turn it on, and do they seem to work correctly when driving?

If so I would not mess with it. You could hook a tech 2 to and run a sweep test of the guages at a dealer.
