fuel pressure

HI I have 02 Tahoe 70000 mile 5.3 No service engine light works great but as soon I rebuilt my transmission I went got my truck from shop went to home now doesn't start I check fuel press is ok but as soon I start the engine slowly the fuel press gage comes down and shut off the engine but when I bleed the gas from the press gage return hose the pressure goes up and truck works ok please can you help?
I didn't have this problem even my A/C blower air doesn't blow from front vents only from top windshield vents that all happen after they rebuild the transmission. please I need help advices thank you
