Has anyone had to replace the window regulator? I am noticing that my front passenger window gets stuck sometimes, when going up or down and I'm thinking the regulator is on its way out.

Any tips/tricks on DIY for this?

MY pass front window just stopped rolling down. I have to go see about it but I got other things to deal with first. When I hit the switch I here a little click sound but it just doesn't move. I hope it just stuck or something.

JOEYGILL its gonna cost about 150 for regulator and motor together. u can get both together or seperately at your local parts store but make sure when calling around that they price u for power window reg. and motor.....TAST101 that sounds like your motor just went out, but u both may as well get both motor and reg. as a package. any auto glass store should install them for 100 or so and its best to just buy the parts from them to get the full warranty......parts and labor.

I actually just ordered the regulator (w/ power motor) from partstrain.com for $80 shipped. I'm gonna attempt a DIY, with the help of a Chilton manual. Wish me luck!

UPDATE -- Install is done, and I've got a working window again!

The install wasn't too difficult, it took more time to get the door panel off. Be careful with all the little wires etc and also take care as you tear away the plastic water shield. The Chilton manual said to remove the window from the door completely, but I didn't find that necessary as long as you had a way to prop the window up while you switch out the regulators.
