FM Radio reception

I just purchased a 07 Yukon SLT and I must say I love it. My only question is that the fm radio reception seems to fade slightly when driving. The station does not go all the way out, but almost seems to go from stereo to mono intermittently. The auto volume control is off, so it is not that. The head unit is the single disc cd with the dvd player. I checked the qtr glass were the antenna is and every thing seems fine. This only happen when the fm is on. It does not happen when XM, CD, or the AUX is on. Thanks to any one with any feed back.

Welcome to the Tahoe Forum. Does it do it when driving thru the same area or is it random?

It seems to be random. FM channels are strong. I live just north of Columbus OH, so I have plenty of strong channels to choose from. It almost seems to have a loose connection somewhere. Is there any known problems with the antenna in the qtr glass? Thanks for any help.
