Factory Bose / navigation

I recently purchased an 08 Tahoe z-71 with the factory navigation and Bose system, I'm not impressed. My sons stock radio in his civic sounds better. Not much base and even the highs are kind of weak. Ideas?

Whats your budget? If you want a little more bass, you can get a line converter and install a small sub/amp combo to beef up the stock system.
