i love the corsa but its a bit pricey, $887 the magnaflow looks like the bang for the buck $557. and the the JBA system is the most least exspensive $319 which is kinda a no brainer because the whole ideal is to free up the exhaust. help me decide with your personal experiences with these systems. thanks

Youtube has always been a good reference for exhaust sounds for me. The only problem is that there are going to be few users who have the 6.0L like you do. I got tons of hits when looking for a system for my 5.3 because there are lots of Silverado/Sierra owners on youtube who had exhaust work done, and they had 5.3s too. But I found one you may want to take a look at.

This is a 6.0L with a Corsa sport:

If that's too loud for you, then the Touring version looks the same but with a more subtle and steady sound. My dad had a '99 Corvette C5 with the Touring system and it did sound great. So with Corsa you may pay a pretty penny, but it is good quality. But someone as young as me doesn't need to be putting $900 into exhaust. $570 after installation about did it for me :p

thank you sir. corsa makes 2 different systems one is a "sport" and the other is a touring. the "sport" version being the loudest.

I love my magnaflow, sounds great at wot but doesn't drone on the highway. Corsa makes a great kit but I went with the maggy and couldn't be happier.

i dont really want to spend 900 on a cat back, i just want it to sound a little meaner, should i just buy a flow muffler and get a new tip? not really concerned about the performance or MPG. TIA

Drop the $400 on a magnaflow or just get a short magnaflow muffler welded in with a bigger pipe and nice tip. My truck picked up some good power from the catback, got louder after a few weeks too

i have the corsa sport on my tahoe, and my buddy has the same on his 6.0 sierra denali. The two trucks sound very similar. Very loud outside. Quiet inside with no drone. I got my system for under 800. Still kinda pricey, but in my opinion its well worth it. No other system is built as well, or has the distinct sound. There is somthing about the corsa sound that pleases me that I have never heard on any other exhaust

Check out tybyre's sale post on www.performancetrucks.net as he usually gives some nice discounts. I'm just not a fan of the added cost of the corsa coupled with the goofy tips that come with the kit, fit and finish is 2nd to none tho.
