Escalade Brake Light on Tahoe

I love the full rear LED 3rd brake light that is on the back of the Escalade and was wondering if they could be fit to the back of the Tahoe and/or if any 3rd party made a similar brake light that was very similar in appearance that would work back there?

My mistake, the 3rd brake light up on top. The Tahoe has that little 1 foot long unit in the center and I'd love to look at the Escalade on top instead.
