electronic flasher? helpp

so im new to posting on this forum but have been looking around for a while and its finally time for me to ask a question. i ordered a led flasher for my 03 escalade ext because i wanted to put led turn signals in my truck. but now i cant find where this part goes. i know it has to be in one of the fuse boxes but i just cant find it. can anyone help??

Sorry for the late reply, its the 10 pin on the backside of the fusebox right between the driver door and the dash. You have to remove the driver knee panel on the left of the steering column for easy access, then you should be able to see it from the front through the cutout.
