Electric Fan

Hi me again. I realize this is probably a dumb question but i would rather be safe than sorry. How do i know if my engine has an electric fan or not? Being that it is an '07 Z71 i figure it probably does but i thought id ask one of yall and rather be safe than sorry. Thanks again

Yes these are electric fan, I think it might be 2 side by side. For future reference, you can tell a mechanical fan by it being connected to the engine- the water pump pulley would have a spacer extending into the center of the fan. Electric fans stand alone in a cage mounted to the radiator, and have wires coming out of them. You can also hear them go on and off at times.
