Elect. problems

I have a problem with door locks, mirror adjestments and fog lights all not working. I checked all the fuses. I also looked for a book that mite show me a wiring diagram but could not find one.

My guess is that the windows inop and power door locks inop are one in the same problem. The fog light issue could be a seperate issue.
