E Fan wiring help!!!

Alright so I'm a little lost here,
i have the E Fan kit from LMC Truck ( https://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/csd/full.aspx?Page=94 ) along with the adjustable thermostat. Well I'm looking at this damn diagram and its looking back at me smiling cause it does not like me.

So I'm asking for help from those of you that have done this or something like tho before and could lend some help... PLEASE
Below is a pic of the controller and i have a question here: on the diagram that i copied and yes i did it perfectly is that the ground thats going to the controller or is the bottom line a second power. now keep in mind the pig tail coming off the fan has only a power and ground... any thing else i can say r pic i can take to help you to help me just let me know....

yeah ill draw it on a piece of paper when i wake up and take better pics of the module. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would run a relay with the switch and thermostat instead of direct to the fan. The fan will burn up the contacts in either....
