I found a company www.tvandnav2go.com in NY who has a unit which seems to give the same features for under $250. Has anyone used them before? I have a 2008 tahoe with factory touch NAV and rear DVD. Also is it me or can I not have DVD playing and listen to a CD at the same time? They both use the same slot???
Thanks.

Great website by the way. This is my first Chevy (2 weeks) and I love it!!!
Got rid of my 04 Nav.

Yeah, I came across them before when I was searching for that capability. Their website made me just as mad today as it did back then by playing that gay music when it loads. :puke:

I haven't heard anyone's results first-hand from tvandnav2go. BUT, you can get the same functionality at the same price from CoastalETech, using that discount code that's posted somewhere around here... Search on lockpick and you'll find it.

Oh, and yes, you're correct -- the DVD / CD slot is for ONE disc only. My 2004 Denali could play a DVD (disc into overhead unit) and the wife and I could listen to any CD out of the changer if we wanted...

I believe you can still play a DVD and have the kids use the headphones, while you listen to the radio / aux input (i.e. MP3 player)...
