OK I have done a search and have not come up with any answers. First I have a 1999 GMC Yukon SLT. How can I shut of the DRL's? Is there a fuse/relay that I have to remove and if i do remove them will my headlights still be operational?

Do any of the members here have HIDs installed on there 94-99 Tahoes/Yukons? if so can you please post any pics? Any good links where I can purchase mine? Thanks

I have done both of these. i put HID's in my 99 'hoe. the drls have a box under the dash, but if u dont wanna go in a search just pull the fuse. dont remember which fuse it was, but it says it in te book. just make sure you take out the drls before u put in hids. the starter tends to draw enough power to makee the lights flicker with HIDs and it will end up killing them. ill post up some pics of the HIDs when i get a chance. i have to either find or make some first.

How can I remove the DRLS? Doesnt the DRLS use the low beam headlight anyway?

yes, but its a seperate fuse. As its your low beam at reduced brightness. So pulling the fuse means you still have the little green icon on the dash, but the lights are not on. Then your in complete control of your lights. Off is REally off and on is ON!
