I have a 1999 2-dr, door locks do not work. The relay under the dash is clicking when you hit any of the three switches. Any thoughts?

It may be the door lock actuators.

The door lock actuators may have failed. Most Tahoe's from the 90's have this problem. I have a 99 2dr as well and my father has a 99 Suburban. We have had to replace all of the lock actuators on both of them. They work fine now. This may be your problem.
