I have a 2001 Tahoe with 162,000 mile and running strong. Here is me issue, a few weeks ago the door lock were working on and off..meaning half the day they all would unlock and the other half all I would here is clicking but no movement from any of them regardless of which switch I tried. Any idea what is going on? I replaced one of the fuses (the one that i hear the clicking from) but none of the doors open or close...same with the FOB.

I saw a few of these posts and had the same issues... back driver side door would not lock/unlock auto.

I just change my battery recently and that fixed my lock issued... been a few weeks and the locks all work again. Weird! check your connections, or maybe when the battery came out it reset the system?

I have a 2001, and I don't have a liftgate, I have split doors in the back. The power lock for that rear door is not working. I figured it would just be the actuator. Sometimes it will unlock but never lock. I have to go back there and use the key to make sure it is locked. I will look into when I have some time.
