Got a question. I want to have a third key made for my yukon. I have my two stock remotes and my 2 way. I have one stock remote and one key on my 2 way. It would be nice to have a third spare in a trailer hitch lockable hide a key compartment. But I wanna know if I can just buy one of the 10 dollar keys and have it cut and it will work. Of if i need to go to the dealer to have them program the key. Thanks a bunch!!

yes you can do it yourself....

With a previously learned master key, turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition and remove the key.
Within 10 seconds of turning OFF the ignition, insert the key to be learned and turn ON the ignition. The vehicle has now learned the new key.
