I havent had mine long enough to know so please reply here. Do aftermarket headers like pacesetter, hooker, gibson give you better gas mileage. I know they add horsepower but how about the dreaded gas??

man, to be honest, I didnt notice any gains from the headers as far as mileage is concerned. BUT THEY SOUNDED INFINTELY BETTER.
Now that the 'cool sound of my exhaust' feeling is wearing off, I have been driving normally again, Im back up to 325 on a tank with no problems.
I think the driving habits are the single most contributing factor to getting the most miles. If I focus a bit more, my goal is 350 out of a tank.

Highway or city because I get more than 350 out of a tank on the highway. Just last month I got 379 (New Jersey to North Carolina) out of a tank ( full past the F). Night driving with the cruise set between 65 and 75. I garaged after the trip but I'm def getting a flowmaster when I put her back on the road.

that is about 30% hwy and 70% city I would guess.

Another factor for us is that we have a mandatory ethanol blend in my area.
Which sucks it.

I think if I did a whole tank on the hw, it would get 350+, I just dont leave the compound much, except for work and back.

My gas mileage on the highway is waaaay different if i just drive in the city. In the city it straight guzzles. But, I prolly coulda got to the 400 mark but at 3:45am in North Carolina I wasn't trying to find out. I95 can get funny with the exits.
