I've researched this for the last few days and I have a general idea of what needs to happen next but would like to see if there any other opinions that could be of help.
I installed the DL3 mirrors on my '07 LT, everything works fine signals, controls, etc.. I did order the new master switch to operate the folding option on the mirror, the switch is new and not from another vehicle. I know someone that owns and uses the Tech II for his business and is willing to flash the BCM once I install the DDS. Do I need to use the VIN from an LT3 / LTZ that was optioned with the DL3 or is ther an overide code that can be applied via Tech II ... Or, does it take an act of congress to get it? I prefer not to go to a dealer since I have the option and use of a programmer. Any advice would be appreciated
