differential oil change - now it won't work!

had my differential oil changed....and two weeks later I just hear a noise and it won't move.....it's not the transmission.

I can put it into 4 wheel drive and it will move forward.

I had no problems with my transmission or differential...I was just changing the oil to be pro active.....how could this happen....maybe wrong fluid was added?

never mind...just took my rear end apart....the gears are in half


just bad timing with all my fluids changed
