Hey guys I' thinking of trading my 05 Z71 in for a 09 Tahoe 6.2 LTZ or a 08 Denali. Believe it or not I could get the Denali for about $6k cheaper. I go on the beach alot and wanted to know if a AWD Denali would do well in the deep sand. Does anyone have any experience with their Denali on the sand?

Welcome to the Tahoe Forum. The Denali w/ AWD won't have a 4 Low choice. Also if you're going off-road w/ the NBS, you have to take the lower valence off under the front bumper or risk having it ripped off.

torque is split 60/40 (60% rear 40$ front) So you should be fin, it will feel almost like 4 hi. When I go in sand I only go in 4 hi. Lo is only for climbing, or if your stuck. Air down your tires and you will be fine. The power is fantastic.

What price are you getting on the Denali? If you don't mind me asking...

The Sticker is $56k and change, after red tag and cash back $43,812. I'm in NY if that matters and it is an 08.
