my 95 2 door has a dash that is in terrible shape. there is a hole in it and of course it broken where the screws are close to the windshield. i have made several attempts to remove that damn thing but i can not seem to find all the srews. i am currently trying to think of someway to repair it rather than replace it.

my first idea is to fiberglass over the hole and the screw holes close to the windshield and the just put fiberglass resin over the whole dash and cover it with a dash pad.

is this a terrible idea? i really just want to stop the rattle, and a nice custom fit dashpad would look okay i think. or should i just continue to attempt to remove the dash?

Haha, yeah. I got the Walking J brand. I was wondering where that sticker came from. I ordered mine from L&M trucks catalog.

They also make an epoxy sort of repair kit that comes with 10 different common colors. I used one on my k5 blazer once similar to this:

Let me know if you had any luck. I know this is a little late. They also make hard plastic covers that just fit over the dash panel. New dash boards costs a pretty penny.
