Dash Board Replacement

I have a awesome stock 2004 tahoe that has been a dream except for the dash board peeling. How hard is it to replace the dash, do I need to worry about the air bag? ANy help would be great.

All you have to do is get it painted!

Dash Board

I know the dealer charges about 300 for just the upper portion of the dash, looking to see how much work would be involved to remove and replace, or any other solutions like how owuld it look to strip the old and have it painted?

You can take it to a paint shop and they would probably do the whole dash for 500 or less
