i hear you on that one. That is the direction i will go. I live in near the mountains right now in southern oregon, where it also snows for 3-4 months per year. I need a lift and some huge tires quick.:D

Me, I like 24s and 26s, but If I had a 4x4 I would have some off road tires and some 24s, but woulldn't drop it. I'm not into lifts. Sorry but I like big wheels. Plus I live in the city. Only bad weather we have is rain, and some flooded streets when it rains bad.

You can lower any 4wd and still get around deep snow no problem, my denali does great and still has some decent travel for something with torsion suspension and sway bars

Lifted jeep for the trails and a dropped awd yukon for the street works great for me.

fco; thats some funny stuff. lol

trend and boost, those are some nice rides.

boost', your right on track to what i was thinking about the snow. Right now i have twenty inch wheels w/ a decent amount of tire. (sifed). and i have got great traction in the snow all winter. (there has been a lot of snow up here too.)

boost, are your wheels 20's? and what size tire. I like those black wheels, but i haven't been able to talk the wife into liking black wheels yet. They look about the same size as my wheel and tire. but maybe 22.

thanks guys!
