My Haynes doesn't show it but I'm wanting to how to remove the rear upper corner shroud deals above the tail lights. I can see from the interior side and a screw but I cant tell if its in with the window or clips. It was still pretty tough and I dont want to break anything. This spot needs deadening its almost THE noise maker.

i believe they are clipped on, but that noise your hearing is the flaps that equalize the inside pressure, i don't know what they are called but its so when you close your doors the cabin doesn't pressurize

open your tailgat and look on each side you will be able to see them

Those vents are directly under it inside the D pillar. I need to get behind the outside ones to deaden.
