Considering buying an '05 Tahoe that was part of a corporate fleet (35k miles)

I'm weary of corporate SUVs, but this one looks to have been cared for.

FULLY LOADED Z71 (2005), Black with grey interior, 5.3L 8 Cyl. with Navigation & DVD.

What are your thoughts?

We just got the same truck, same year, same color, same features. Ours isn't a fleet truck, but we paid $22k and it has 42k miles. We love it and it is clean! Do a carfax and make sure the history is clean. That would be my only reservation.
