COLD FEET

2000 tahoe atc climate control. Pass side has cold air pouring in at road speeds. Has no actuator noise and hvac works fine.thanks in advance for your help.

the climate control unit manual or digital? the drivers side has warmer air? is the setting on warm or cool?
