I have noticed that only cold air comes out of the rear vents in my 03 Tahoe. I have checked the fuses for the rear temperature control system and they all test good. The front temperature control works fine. The valves in the air ducts seem to work ok as I can opearte the air flow to floor, roof and mixed with both front and rear controls. The fan speed is also adjustable both from front and rear. Just the temperature stays cold no matter what I adjust it to. What is wrong?
