Code p0171 Bank 1

Im getting code p0171 (bank 1) on my 01 Tahoe. I did some research online it could be a faulty O2 sensor, a dirty MAF sensor, or a bad intake gasket. I have a few questions.
1. Where is O2 sensor for Bank 1? ( Driver or passenger side?
2. Where is the MAF sensor located? How do you clean the sensor?

bank1 sensor 1 driver side 1st sensor. before you change it grab a scanner and check O2 sensor data see it is lazy or not then check your wiring
