New Member here, the wife just got a 13' Tahoe LT. She drove a GMC Terrain for a few years and we finally decided to go bigger, best decision ever. It surprised me getting 21.5mpg hand calculated(which the dash wasn't far off) on the hour and a half ride home when we got it. I had a 09 Silverado with AFM and I hated the AFM, the constant changing from V8 to 4cyl. mode drove me insane. The Tahoe is unsurprisingly the same, does anyone have a AFM engine that actually stays in 4 cyl mode longer than 15 seconds? That's about how long both of these stayed in, no exaggeration. Anyway, I purchased the Range Technology AFM Disabler for the Tahoe and tried it. It does exactly as advertised, but we have decided to go another route.
So my question is, does this forum have a classifieds section? I would like to get some of my money back out of this. I still have the box and everything for it.:happy160:
