Chevy Tahoe Turn Signal, Wiper, and Cruise Control Switch Lever with Cruise Control

Hi eveverybody! i'm hoping for some advice...the only thing not working properly on my 97 tahoe is the turn signal switch.What i mean is that it partially works.
So here's the simptoms : turn signal works 40 % of the time and the windshield washer does not work at all. apart from that everything works ( cruise control , wipers )
Any ideea of what to do? Change the entire part? i tried spaying electronic cleaner to no success

sorry for the late response , to answer your question , when the light in the dash comes on the turn signals blink properly. but most of the times when i turn the lever to signal nothing happens. Even weirder sometimes i turn the lever and the blinker will come on after like 10 seconds out of nownhere ))
That is why i figured it must be the a faulty turn signal unit,,,

Sounds like either bad MFS or the big plug on the column loose....
