Cabin Filter on 2000 OBS Tahoe ?

I thought I'd check the cabin filter on my truck, watched a you tube video on how to do it. Pretty sure the guy doing the video had a 2000 also, but can't remember if his was an OBS or NBS. I removed the black cover under the passenger side dash where he replaced his filters and all I saw in there was the heater core. I looked under the hood by the firewall, didn't look like there was one there either, like some cars I've owned. Do these even have a cabin filter, and if so where is it located ?

I believe it was the new style, my 99 doesn't look lkie that. JMHO.

I called the local Chevy dealer, he asked my vin and said it was in the heater core / evaporator box but on the right side, and took one filter , not two. I opened the box up again and still don't see the filter.
