I'm thinking about buying this Tahoe listed on craigslist. The guys says this about it "1995 chevy tahoe. 4X4 Automatic all power and all leather. was repoed by my car lot before i closed it down. not running right now, the starter is not engaging. might have more problems but i honestly do not know. Selling it as is and you can take the chance. even if it is major damage it is well worth the price and if its minor and just the starter it is a steal."

It's mine for $800 if I want it, but it desperately needs a new paint job and I have no experience working on chevys. Any thoughts?
