Besides just putting them on (which a friend will do at his shop), what else need s to be done adjustment wise. I Currently have the smaller stock rims which came with my LT2 (think they are 18's).

Unless you have the z71 your stock rims are 17" As far as what to do, all you'll need to do is re-learn the tire pressure monitors and you should be good to go.

Your speedometer will also be slighty off. Less than 1 mph at 60. If you have a programmer or plan on getting one, some support changing the tire size which will correct the speedometer issue.

I did the same thing to my Tahoe.....LT1. I had the factory 17 inch wheels and installed the factory LTZ 20 inch wheels. I later took to the dealer for an oil change and they "re-flashed" for the 20 inch wheels for free.

Definitely go and have your vehicle reprogrammed. It does way more than speedo. It effects the ESC and ABS etc.
