Brake problem

At low speeds, less that 5mph, I feel my abs kicking in. Is this a sensor issue or what?

Could be a few different things. These two were things I got checked out with similar problems, but mine was more around 20 mph.

Speed sensor may need to be taken off, and cleaned from all rust/grime

If one of your rear brakes is catching before your fronts, it will kick on the abs (sometimes)
