Brake controller connection

I just upgraded from a '99 2 door Sport to an '04 Z71 and am trying to wire up a brake controller. Have read that there is supposed to be a connection under the dash or in the fuse box, but have been unable to locate it. I'm sure it's easy, but I'm not sure what/where to look.

look under the dash by the steering column, there is a small plastic box, with a black knovb that unscrews.

Part 22284, and installed and wired up mine in about 10 minutes.
