Blowing Fuse for tail lights / gauge lights - HELP

Like the title says, my wife's Tahoe keeps blowing the fuse for the tail lights and gauge lights.

It is a 2000 Tahoe Z71 I just ordered a service manual since nobody in a 50 mile radius has one in stock...

Any typical problem areas to look for in these areas?

Any help is appreciated!

Bad lighting grounds, maybe even recent aftermarket product or installations that use the lighting circuit, just some ideas!
