Hi Everyone.

It's tune-up time for my 01 Tahoe (5.3)

What have you found to be the best spark plugs and wires for her???

Thanks in advance!

Stock AC Delco plugs and wires. Believe it or not, the stock wires will support a ton of power before they become inadequate. I'd recommend just sticking with factory stuff unless you're running alot of mods and have a specific need for something from the aftermarket.

You should be good with just replacing the plugs, too. Unless the wires are damaged or you're having misfires or issues related to them, you really don't need to replaces them. They last a good long time.

However, if you've got the money and wanna throw down - go for it. :)

agree with Yuke2K, most plugs, and factory wires will last a LONG time...stock AC Delco is the way to go, IF you replace.

NGK tr5's - part # 2238 gap them to 0.40. NGK makes the oem plugs, replaced mine and it picked up some top end power.
